Beah has been in practice for more than thirty years and has attended over three thousand births. She has worked as a midwife in hospital, birth center, and home settings and now practices solely as a home birth midwife. One of the most experienced midwives in the bay area, Beah brings a knowledgeable, intuitive presence to births that helps families to feel safe and at ease.

Nicole started attending births in 1990. Mother of three, Nicole was inspired to pursue midwifery education after the VBAC birth of her second child and home birth of her third baby. She began as a doula and a childbirth educator, and then started a midwifery apprenticeship in a busy home birth and birth center practice, receiving her midwifery license in 2000.  She has been sharing  her loving, gentle midwifery skills with families since.

Michelle has loved working with expectant families in the Bay Area since 2001 in home, birth center and hospital settings.  She also provides assisted conception services through her practice At Home Fertility.  Michelle is passionate about her work and deeply committed to providing woman- and family-centered options in health care.  She sees herself as a nurturing guide, who safely holds the space for the pregnant family to transition into the newly birthed family.  Michelle and her partner are the lucky parents of a son and a daughter, both midwifed into the world.  When she's not doing the work she loves, Michelle enjoys being with family & friends, reading, hiking, gardening and knitting.

Ellah has been dedicated to supporting women and families in having empowered home birth experiences since the birth of her daughter 17 years ago. This involved hosting film and discussion nights, facilitating a prenatal care clinic and library as well as attending births. During this time she worked as a Jin Shin Do Acupressure practitioner and a Non Violent Communication Facilitator. Ellah is now an Apprentice Midwife, a student at the National Midwifery Institute, a Doula and a Childbirth Preparation Educator. She has a dedicated Insight Meditation practice, is passionate about yoga, dance, community, getting her hands in soil and frequent trips to the hills and the ocean.
